We are a Tour Operator and DMC specialized in the integral management of passengers and tourist services that brings together an excellent team of professionals, committed to the security and satisfaction of each of our clients and with extensive experience in the destinations of the Dominican Republic and Mexico.
Our main resource is the human being, where constant training and recognition of achievements are one of our priorities. Our consolidated and agile structure, with more than 25 years of experience, adapts easily and quickly to the needs of the market, offering our services in the language in which it is required.
Our main office is located in the heart of Punta Cana, 10 minutes from almost all Bávaro’s hotels. We have assistance and / or representation in all the tourist destinations of the Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, Bayahibe, Puerto Plata and Samaná), as well as in the airports and ports where our clients have their operations.
We opened our own office in Cancun, Mexico since November 2011, where we supply services, throughout the Republic.
We have a telephone line for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

We work with all the hotels in the different tourist areas. In many of them, we have exclusive desks with welcome material such as brochures and maps with all the information about the destination, so that our clients make the most of their time in both of our destinations.
Our reps. will always be willing to collaborate in everything that is necessary, even during check-in and check-out, offering effective solutions to any situation that arises.

We have a wide and diverse fleet of modern vehicles in perfect condition. Spacious and comfortable units with A / C and Free WiFi, constantly monitored by GPS.
